Mechanism of Action: Clobetasol propionate, a potent corticosteroid, exerts anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive actions. It inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators, suppresses immune responses, and reduces edema and erythema, providing relief from various skin conditions.

Indications:

Indicated for the relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, such as psoriasis and eczema, when other less potent corticosteroids are not effective.

Dosage:

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by the healthcare provider. Duration of use and frequency should be in accordance with medical advice, and the treatment should be discontinued once the condition improves.
