MPD (Market Planning Department)

Market Planning Department serves as a bridge between the marketing team and the factory in Sopan. Different departments within the factory work relentlessly to manufacture quality products, the sales and marketing team put their unceasing efforts to properly market those products, while the members of MPD utilize their creativity and technical skills to suitably position the products and support the field force with appropriate promotional and educational materials. The MPD is also consistently in communication with different departments of the factory as well as with the sales and marketing team. The overall roles of MPD include planning of new products, placement and promotion of existing products.
