Rationale

The main rationale of this project is to manufacture different modern pharmaceutical products in the field of Human care. Animal care and to sell to the local market as well as to export to the other countries. Specifically, this project has the following objectives.

• Instrument to widen the primary health care coverage in the country by laying emphasis in the manufacturing of essential drugs in tablet, capsule, dry syrup, ointments, liquid oral, injection. Ear/Eye dosage forms.
• Generate and provide employment for experts, technologists, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower.
• Substitute import of pharmaceutical products to help the nation's Balance of Payment.
• Pool the gap between the demand and supply.
• Support the national goal of self-sufficiency in medicine.
• Research and develop new and improved drugs.
